La fin du monde !

Alors aujourd'hui c'était le début des 10 plaies d'Egypte, "le jour d'après" pour les cinéphiles, ou tout simplement un inquiétant signe du réchauffement climatique.
Après avoir enduré un ciel gris et un peu de vent en partant de chez moi pour aller en cours (ET OUI JE VAIS A LA FAC AUSSI MAIS VOUS COMPRENDREZ BIEN QUE CE BLOG N EST PAS LA POUR VOUS CONTER MON QUOTIDIEN STUDIEUX MAIS PLUTOT MES MOMENTS PLUS EXCEPTIONNELS...NON JE NE SUIS PAS EN VACANCES EN AUSTRALIE...ça s'est fait)...je continue donc l'histoire : à la sortie du 1er cours : beaucoup de vent mais bon on a vu pire...le temps passant le vent se faisait de plus en plus violent.
Résultats : les campus évacués, plus de téléphone ou d'internet, la plupart des bâtiments privés d'électricité (sauf celui où je fais mon stage car l'un des plus modernes). Un truc de ouf !
Ne pouvant plus rien faire sans tel ou internet, j'ai décidé de rentrer à la maison, comme la plupart des personnes présentes sur le campus.
Plus d'affichage opérationnel pour les trains : vraiment le truc de ouf !!

Rentré chez moi en évitant de justesse une énorme ecorce d'un palmier (qui aurait pu me faire bien mal). Une SDB et un WC a nettoyé pour cause de fenêtre ouverte... Finalement, une bonne grosse pluie de 20min et plus rien.

High winds at Victorian campuses
Urgent Notice to Staff and Students of Victorian Campuses - from Peter Marshall Vice-President (Administration)
As staff and students would be aware, currently all Melbourne Campuses are being subjected to high winds.
This has caused some damage to university property but damage at present is minor and the University remains operating normally, other than power outages at Caulfield Campus. Some buildings at Caulfield are being evacuated because of the loss of power. Campus management staff will be advising via local announcement which buildings are being evacuated.
At Clayton Campus, as a result of a false fire alarm, the Menzies Building was also evacuated earlier this afternoon. Staff and students could not re-enter the building until the fire brigade arrived to declare the building safe, this has now taken place and the building is operating normally.
Staff and students should be aware that traffic is very heavy at present on most Melbourne roads and are asked to exercise particular care in travelling home this afternoon/evening, particularly after 5pm when it is expected that rain will also arrive.
It is important that staff and students, if at all possible, remain inside and out of the stormy conditions. As well could all non-essential power please be turned off, and because of the risk of power outages, avoid travelling in lifts.
Reports from the Bureau of Meteorology indicate that the windy conditions will persist to around 5.00 p.m. this afternoon.
I will keep staff informed if there is any further deterioration in conditions or the state of affected campuses.
